This is the home of the foo-projects Jabber service. It's running since February 10th, 2007 and can be accessed via jabber.foo-projects.org.
Our Jabber service is powered by ejabberd and is mainly running for the purpose of serving the Lunar Linux and Xfce development community with a secure and open way to chat (in addition to the existing IRC channels on irc.freenode.net).
Accounts on jabber.foo-projects.org are free. You can easily create them using your favourite Jabber client. Once you've done that, you will be able to add Jabber uses from other servers to your roster. You can also enter our main chat room bar via one of the services running on the Jabber server (conference.jabber.foo-projects.org). We also provide IRC, ICQ and MSN transports.
